Facility rental
Calvary facilities may be rented by individuals and groups who submit an application and gain approval by the Board of Trustees. Worship services, church functions and funerals take precedence over social events and functions. The following rates apply:
- Reservations must be made at least one month—but no more than three months—in advance of your event. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if sudden situations (such as funerals) should arise.
- Facility is NOT available on Sundays.
- Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are prohibited on all church property, including the grounds. Use of tobacco is prohibited inside church buildings.
- Renter is responsible for reporting damage to church property and for the cost of all repairs.
- Renter is responsible for advance payment of all fees upon notice of approval. Rental fees are payable to Calvary Baptist Church. Piano/soloist fees are payable directly to the individual. Please do not remit payment until you have been contacted and given approval by a member of the Board of Trustees.
- Church members renting Fellowship Hall must be present during the event.
- The Board of Trustees reserves the sole right to permit or deny use of any or all facilities to individuals or organizations. Additional rules may apply. Calvary Baptist Church, acting through its Board of Trustees, reserves the right to waive or modify fees and to modify facility use terms without notice.
